In order to further strengthen the team awareness and cooperation spirit of the company's employees, make the trans-department tasks accomplished in a well-coordinated manner, and enable employees to approach various tasks with a better mental attitude and team-orientated status the company held a one-day outdoor team building activity that began in the morning of November 27, 2021.
Location: Jiangmen Changlang Ecological Park
Upon the arrival at the Changlang Ecological Park at 8:15 in the morning, we completed the relevant procedures according to the park's epidemic prevention and control instructions, and everyone entered the park in an orderly manner. All employees were randomly divided into 16 teams with the names and the team leaders given by or selected by the members. And then our one-day team building activity was conducted under the guidance of the team leaders.
Game 1: I Will Be Your Shelter
This is a very interesting game that emphasizes collaboration. In addition to hands-on skills, this game also requires the coordination and communication skills and executive ability that must be consistent to each other. it aims to challenge the team's collaboration and team strength by guiding the members to integrate various solutions that are feasible to be implemented. Besides that, it can also enhance the leadership skill that requires ones to adjust and alter the original solution according to the difficulties encountered, and thereby stimulating creative thinking and retrospective thinking.
Game 2: The Magic Brush
This game requires all team members to pull the end of the rope without touching the brush, and complete the designated tasks as required by the coach. The team that completes the task fastest wins and is scored based on the aesthetics of the handwriting. Not only does this game require good communication skills among team members, but also invariably good teamwork, which can enhance every member's team awareness and collaboration skills.
Lunch time: a picnic in groups to complement energy and meet the challenges in the afternoon with abundant vigor.
Game 3: Ultimate Speed
This is a challenging game that requires participants to tap the numbers one by one within a circle in numerical order as quickly as possible. To do well in this game, we need to reasonably divide and refine the roles as the game going on, and to master the balance between individuality and communality by collaboratively focusing on key information, and thereby sharing the team achievements that are created with every member's untiring efforts.
Game 4: Dynamic Circle
For this final game, all employees are required to form a circle, grab the rope, and exert themselves together, and as the game going on, they need to pick a team member to walk on the rope circle. The purpose of this game is to cultivate mutual trust among our employees, develop teamwork spirit, and strengthen their ability to help others and think in their positions.
