Traditional extrusion machine: it is driven by variable frequency motors, can only perform open-loop control and speed regulation, and there is a slip between the actual rotational speed and the rotor rotational speed, which makes the speeds quite unstable; at the same time, the overload capacity is not powerful enough. When the motor reaches its rated speed, the output torque is smaller than required for extrusion, leading to alarms and shutdown, low work efficiency, and poor quality of the extruded products; in addition, it is not easy to operate due to low accuracy and large installation space.
Servo extrusion Machine: it can be controlled in a closed-loop manner to achieve accuracy and stability, without causing crashes and alarms due to low overload capacity; at the same time, there is no speed difference between the rotor speed and the actual speed, and the extruded products are relatively uniform and smooth.
